Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
We use USPS for shipping, we ship Monday through Friday we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We strive to have orders delivered as fast as possible, however, we will notify you via email if there are shipping delays or any kind.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order is complete you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Hood Raised & Jesus Saved, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hood Raised & Jesus Saved, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at hoodrasiedjesussaved@gamil.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
